The Product smells good, looks and color and consistency very good. I can not judge about how clean is without Lab work. What I can say is that more that one people after I do mix the product in specific compilation, they come and ask me what it is inside to make them awake and aware. For me this mean the Ashwagandha is good enough and I am putting 5 stars.
It is good product. I love it . I suggest for other people
Great quality no added ingredients pure Ashwagandha. I’ve been mixing it with my tea at night it taste great. It’s good to relax after a stressful day and better sleep.
I make my own ashwagandha capsules, and this packaging makes it super easy to scoop out powder. I will definitely be buying this brand going forward, since it is also high quality. I take three capsules every morning on an empty stomach. I feel much more mentally balanced when I am taking this product and can tell a difference when I stop. Definitely helps with mood, vitality, and coping with stress.
Im an experienced ashwaghanda taker and rhia one is the best ive tried. In general, Himalaya never let me down yet.
Super product, I will definitely order it again, I recommend it to everyone, the packaging is of high quality, and the ingredients are excellent. Fast delivery, everything arrived in good condition and was well packaged !!!

good size, not bad smell or taste good to help me to sleep cause it's having benefits in mood and decrease stress but next time I'll buy one with whole part ingredient
pure root powder, reputable source, benefits as adaptogen, for mood, stress and sleep. Some ashwagandha's are better than others, this is good, but can't tell if it's the best I've had
Earthy taste and easy package i really liked it, im
