I liked these capsules because it’s covering all the good vitamins I need. I believe they were effective. I’d like to purchase it again but it’s a bit pricy!
I like that these are mostly food sourced, it gives our bodies a better chance of absorbing them and having this be effective. Naturelo is a brand I return to a lot when I'm buying my vitamins.

The product is fine, but it's pretty much what I expected—nothing exceptional. It does the job, though there are probably better options out there. Not bad, just average. It's decent for the price, but I wouldn't say it's worth going out of your way for. It's alright if you need it, but you might want to compare other brands first.

I've been having problems with my hair for two years now (bald spot in the front) and this product, paired along with others and some different strategies filled in the bald spot over time. YAY!!!!
