This supplement satisfies my main requirements: 1. Suitable for vegans, vegetarians and pescatarians. 2. Contains the right amounts of Vitamin B12, Vitamin D3, Iodine and Zinc recommended for those on a largely plant-based diet. 3. Not too much Vitamin A. 4. Vitamin A in the form of Natural Beta Carotene. 5. Not too much Vitamin E. 6. Contains Vitamin K2. 7. No overly high amounts of any particular nutrient. 8. No iron because I am no longer menstruating.

I bought a couple bottles of this, didn't notice anything bad but they are not regulated. you don't really know what's in these vitamins so quality and ingredients are questionable.
