Berberine helps me to keep my weight under control, and it helped me to lose 16 kg last year. I am taking 1 capsule of Berberine and 1000 mg of apple cider vinegar before each meal. Maximum 3 capsules a day.

Definitely reduces appetite (be careful not to take on an empty stomach or with other vitamins) I managed to upset my stomach and suffer a whole day of upset stomach including puking and later on diarrhea for a whole 3 days that totally made me miserable. I believe when taken correctly this helped my crazy sugar cravings reduced my need to snack constantly throughout the day (I believe I have PCOS & ADHD) on a short term base this assisted me to eat less and balance my sugar consumption, it's got a horrible aftertaste, the size is njce , the dosage I took was once a day

I take 3 capsules a day before meals just so I don’t get a sugar spike, it’s really great specially since I have PCos it really benefited me, it doesn’t have a taste or that I noticed anyway it’s a capsule, the size of the capsules is normal but always drink enough water
