Keto Wheat Pizza, Crust Mix, 10.25 oz (291 g)

My family and I are ecstatic to have found a flour that is as good as this to replace our standard all purpose and self-raising flour. It's taste is delicious, it's composition holds its body well, it's texture is on point and it can handle extra cooking time well. I am on a ketogenic diet and the products like this is must-have in kitchen to have fun meals. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, and the composition holds up well during baking. It’s crisp on the edges, chewy inside. The size is ideal for making a personal pizza or splitting with a friend. Highly recommend for those who are in ketosis for a long long time.

My daughter is quite the pizza critic. I only eat low carb or keto things, and so obviously I can't do normal pizza. I have traditionally made them with carbalose flour, which is pretty good, but it's a bit more involved. I love these, because they are so quick, and they come out great. I actually think it tastes better than regular pizza. There is a flavor to it that regular pizzas don't, I think.

I like crispy crust so I first bake 8 min then put the toppings and baked 10 min afterward. The crust at the bottom was a bit tough but the edges were crispy. My oven is a toaster oven so it takes longer to brown. My boy liked it and he said its much better than the frozen pizza we used to make. Not cheap but it’s a great replacement to regular flour.

It was easy to use, and is so tasty. I made stromboli and the texture was perfect. Quality is really good, tastes like regular dough. I was really impressed at how well it rose and baked. I really liked the fact that I can eat pizza dough and it doesn't spike my blood sugar. One box made four 3"x8" items that were more than ample.

My husband and I were avid pizza eaters, until we decided to cut the carbs and lose some weight. We tried everything under the sun... finally found this and tried it as a last ditch effort. We make it at home, on a saturday night. Exactly to our liking and boy does this fill our craving!! If you are super picky and cant see this product for what it really is, than you wont like it. Great product. It has been a game changer for us! I highly recommend you give it a shot!

I expect quality ingredients from King Arthur products. That's what you get here. Size yields two pizza crusts per package. Can be used in any low carb/keto diet. I tried a regular pizza with marinara sauce, mozarella, uncured pepperoni and olives. Delicious when I've been craving pizza for a while now.

just add water and you get a dough that is very easy to work with. the final pizza is very much like the papa jones one from EatSane.

As pregnant diabetic women I craved for pizza for long time and I got disappointed when I saw that one piece of pizza is actually 8 gr of carbs,so I wasn't allowed to eat much.But the taste is similar to ordinary dough,good quality.At first it didn't rise good enough but it all went well in the oven.Overall,in my case it helps to satisfy cravings but it's not a full meal thing.
