I really like the Nature's Truth brand. These magnesium glycinate capsules are medium sized and easy to swallow. There is no after taste.It comes nicely packaged in a small sized plastic bottle. There are 60 capsules in the bottle and the dosage is 2 capsules each day. I like to take it to help with my sleep and to help relax my muscles.

I like this product and it is of good quality and ingredients are very acceptable but the size is a little small. The size to quality ratio is okay but the package is kind small. Overall good magnesium and I would reccomend this product but it is not so affordable
