Methylcobalamin made me feel very weird and gave me anxiety -- this is the type found in muscles and used in mitochondria. If the methyl form makes you feel bad, try this or hydroxocobalamin.
A great product from seeking health. Easy to take and in theory the absorption is improved by slowly allowing the lozenge to dissolve. I also do regular methylcobalamin shots and this form adds other benefits on top of this by supporting and protecting the mitochondria which the methylcobalamin cannot do.
Quality, small size to easily dissolve. Good ingredients. I need extra B Vitamins and B12 is usually lacking (I have hypothyroidism and adrenal fatigue) and Adeno works best for me. No weird effects. Hoping that by upping my dosage will help my nervous system due to its potency. More energy is definitely needed. Thank You iHerb for carrying this brand. I have been using Seeking Health products for years.
Expensive, I tried it and it's not better than Swansons. I actually prefer Swansons Hydroxo-Adeno B12.
