I have the MTHFR variant and find that this form of B12 works best for me. I also love the taste of these tiny chewable cherry flavoured tablets. I like this flavor. It doesn’t dissolve particularly quickly or well and it’s supposed to be left under the tongue to dissolve and I always have to chew it, but I don’t personally mind that.
