DIM200, 60 Veggie Capsules

First few times it was even scary for me how this supplement changed the urine color. But I continue taking it because of the benefits it brings. I would have to eat about half kilo of Cruciferous veggies every time, it’s a minimum, to get the same amount of this active ingredient. But I just don’t like them. What’s the effect? Omg, no PMS symptoms! No acne, no strong pain. So it really helps to keep estrogen under control, at least in my experience.

Everyone should start taking this product! A great supplement that enhances my hormones balance. It helps with my acne. The dosage suited me. The size and package are excellent. The quality is excellent too. It also benefited my energy effecting the quality of my life. It tastes fine. Once I run out of it, I am gonna order again.

I use DIM for hormonal balance support. It feels gentle and works well when taken consistently. No noticeable side effects for me. Easy to include in my supplement routine.

I have taken this and other brands of DIM in hopes that it would help better balance my hormone levels or at the very least help me feel better in general with my hormonal ups and downs. I can say I have not noticed a difference. I took this brand for 3 months now, to give it a fighting chance. I wont be continuing.

I've been taking this supplement for over a year. When I started taking it, I noticed the effects after a month. I’ve been taking one capsule every day for six months!! My periods became less painful. Just so you understand, I took one painkiller instead of 6-8 during period!!!!!! The effect was absolutely fantastic, and my breasts were less painful. This supplement had no effect on breakouts, mood, or breast swelling during PMS. I took a two-month break, and all the "joys" returned without the supplement :(, so I'm continuing to take it every day

It's helping me manage my hormonal acne, mood swings and the overall symptoms of my period. Worked pretty fast as well (about 1-2 weeks) but I've read it gets better and better with time. Hasn't caused any headaches or side effects for me. Pills are easy to swallow.
