I've been taking this and NAD+ Ultra Resveratrol (from the same brand), these two are high quality. I can really feel the effect. I take this in the morning on empty stomach and it gives me energy throughout the day, but it winds down naturally in the evening and makes me drowsy/sleepy (around 9PM) I'm pre-menopause and experience insomnia, so I'm really grateful for this product. . This is an honest review, I love this product and will buy it again for sure.

So far so good. My stomach didnt act up on this because i read somewhere that this can cause upset stomach, but so far I’m good. And it’s great that I can follow Dr David Sinclair’s anti aging supplements. I swallowed it with yogurt, resveratrol and EPA/DHA on empty stomach. It’s my 4th day of taking this, hope that i can continue it minusstomach acidity.

Always take early in the morning otherwise forget sleeping! It does make me heat up (increase my basal metabolism!) and i started taking it every other day because i want to clear out in full not to overload my system. Not much skin effect, but definitely energy. The price however made me consider alternatives.
