Those are by far the best digestive enzymes out there. I buy them and consume it with my food regularly, I take 2 with main meals and 1 with snack and it really helps digest my food well and reduces bloating a lot, probably because I have low digestive enzymes

I bought this to help my stomach and digestion because I'm dealing with gut issues but have not really noticed a difference.. I like that is has no after taste and it seems to be good quality ingredients so perhaps it's just not helping me personally. I like the packaging and the composition of enzymes and yet it seems not to benefit me.
