I was very excited to try this collagen and it dd not disappoint. The quality is great, it mixes well, is tasteless so I'm going to use it in my cereal and lunch, lol. I felt relaxed almost right away. It contains a good form of magnesium i.e., magnesium bisglycinate as well as one of my favorite supplements, L-theanine. The amounts of each are pretty good as well, 350 mg and 250 mg respectively. Way to go Organika!!!

The quality is good because it has the ingredients of collagen peptides with magnesium bisglycinatr and L theanine that i prefer. The source of collagen is grass fed and organic. I hope it will benefit my skin, hair, nails
and knee and also improve my sleep. I still don't know the effects because I haven't start consuming it. The package is small and I just bought two to try out.
