Apparently there are two types of oregano oil, essential oil and oil of oregano. This one's the second, it is the only ingredients, and the most benefitial and best tolerated out of the two. The dosage is high and the quality seems great. It has antibacterial properties so I take it for UTIs. The taste is very mild considering this is oregano.

Taken as needed, I am pleased with the quality of the ingredients, no after taste, and the health benefits. Convenient size and price. Reasonable dosage. Not sure why one would use gluten in this product but also pleased that it is gluten free.
