I made pancakes 2-3 times the last couple years from Birch only, it’s pretty frequent. I use either this one or the grain free as the base an app order the blueberry one, or the sweet potato one. Whisk an egg separately, it makes fluffier pancakes. Add an egg, some milk and water work around 250 to 300 g. Pancake mix. Making around 4 to 5 pieces medium pancakes. I bought more than 20 to 30 bags of this in three years, and I only buy the best brand. I think it has top notch quality, with Clean ingredients 😋😋 taste delicious The zip lock on the package doesn’t work well usually I had to use another zip lock bag to store it

I ordered it for my kids lunchbox since the ingredients are so great but still hide in a pancake ! They come out fluffy and good looking! With or without the egg. Both kids and me loved them . My only complaint it that it doesn’t come in a bigger size package . It all goes in 2 times !
I like this brand and use a few different versions of their pancake mixes. You only need water to add, which makes it easier. The gluten free one is a bit dry as most of the other ones and I believe isn’t organic. But overall good quality and good product so I’ve been repeating.
I truly love this pancake mix. The protein content is quite high and you can barely taste any outside ingredients. It’s fluffy and light. Easy to mix. The powder dissolves properly within water within the first three minutes of making I recommend for a good quality fast breakfast. The size of the bag will make up to 8 to 10 pancake pancakes, depending on size.
This is the first pancake mix that I actually enjoy and that has good for you ingredients in it. I usually mix it with Greek yogurt or cottage cheese with a little bit of water to give it a higher protein content. I really like them and I will buy them again
These are great mixes where you just need to add water; if I want to up the protein I add in Greek yogurt or an egg and they still come out great. My roommate didn't even know it was a gluten free mix when I made us pancakes.
