I never heard of Cell Salts before and thought it would interesting to try. Not sure if they are working, but my skin does feel less dry, I will keep using these.
I use this tissue salt along with Calc Phos (#2) and Silica to help build strong, healthy teeth in infants, children, or adults, or to increase the strength of weak enamel or cavity-prone teeth. Also It is an excellent tissue salt for bones that are thinning with age (osteoporosis or osteopenia) along with Calc phos and/or Silica.
Calc Fluor is present in the surface of the bones, in the enamel of the teeth and in the elastic fibres of the skin and blood vessels. It is responsible for all the elasticity within the body – deficiencies can lead to varicose veins, over relaxed organs, hardened glands, stretched ligaments.

Not much taste, ingredients are satisfactory and non-toxic. Supplements my other remedies, thereby improving my options and benefiting me. The packaging will suffice. Homeopathy is a functional energetic system for any age. Composition is acceptable, as is the quality.
