great tasting however it is easy to overcook. The pasta was good however after stirring it it fell apart. It did not get mushey. overall I'd rate it as mostly good. It seemed like a high quality clean pasta. I used it to make shrimp, onions, and peppers. I really liked the flavor.

I so prefer the flavor of GF pasta when one of the ingredients is corn flour. This combination of flowers makes a great texture, remains stable, doesn't fall apart easily, and has the best flavor. Finding pasta that includes corn is not easy, and I was so excited to find it on iherb.com.
