Chelated Iron, Extra-Strength , 27 mg, 90 Vegetable Capsules

Had an issue where I looked pale and had iron come up on the lower side in my blood tests. I started taking this supplement every 3 days with vitamin C for better absorption and eating red meat 2x a week. I started looking more healthy and getting less cold after a few weeks of taking it, those where my benefits. The size is on a bit bigger side, but its no issue for me. Overall I would recommend this supplement since I do buy other ones from this brand.
