this product is in a clean package and is potent and good sized and 125 mg helps immunity and is an antioxidant without acidity or other negative effects so it won't upset stomach. the taste is good but Swanson better tasting than this, but that's just my opinion but the Swanson comes with less.
I like do not eat any sweets, but allow this one :). Tastes great! Do not eat in the evening or on empty stomach as it increases acidity.
my grandchildren like the taste. One of them wants to have lots of them in one time so I had to put some limits, but actually I believe one can have lots of those vitamins if taken several times a day. This is the biggest dose that I could find though I would prefer half a gram instead. Great product, Thank you!
I like the taste, bought it already several times. I take 1 or 2 depending if I feel I'm on the way to catch a cold I increase the dose.
