I've taken fish oil capsules and they're, well, fishy and it's annoying to keep tasting them after they're swallowed. This is the second brand I've tried of Pro-Resolving Mediators and even though they are fish based you can't tell. Highly reccommend these over fish oil caps.
we always choose Thorne because of the quality ingredients. These essentially fish oil capsules dont give a fishy after taste.
