It is a great product, with good quality-cost relationship. It contains two extracts from the echinacea in its composition. The main benefits of echinacea-based supplement that I have experienced is that the colds or flu really last lower, or any other concern related to immune system (sore throat for example). This supplement helps improving the defenses of our body, under a healty diet for sure. The pills are not particularly small, but neither big; they are ease to take with some water. Packaging is convenient. The product arrived perfectly, together with other things I've purchased, in a carboard box of good size (not extremely big). It also arrived quite soon (as scheduled when making the purchase).
I have sinusitis and i am taking it for immunity. It seems to be working but have to take 2 capsules per day to see noticeable difference. Taking it with combination of Vitamin C, Zinc and vitamin D. Hope this helps

Unlike some other ecchinacea supplements, the ingredient list of this one contains 2 types of ecchinacea root that are noted by a couple of studies to help with boost immune support in order to fight hpv. When taken with this dosage, the main benefit will indeed be strong immune support through a good quality supplement. In my eyes, it is well worth the money to buy.
The supplement is effective in boosting immunity but the design of the lid is not very convenient. It is difficult to get the pills out of the bottle. No weird after taste.
