Purchased because I liked the "clean" ingredient profile but the taste isn't the best and didn't feel any performance improvements at the gym .. jury is out on this .. might up the dose and try again.
doesn't have any caffeine but definitely improves my workout performance in terms of endurance and how long I last when I have long workout days. my heart rate is consistently higher on this pre workout as opposed to no pre-workout and much higher calorie burn in the same workout time. best part is that since it doesn't have caffeine ot doesn't effect my sleep and also the sweetners used are much better than other pre workout and help with no blood sugar spikes. 100% recommend.

Still able to sleep at night after taking this pre-workout. Flavor is taste is great. Makes my workout more effective without the jittery feeling other pre workouts can make me feel with caffeine.
