I used Genius Caffeine during Ramadan, and it really helped me stay alert and focused without the jitters. I got these supplements for Ramadan when I can’t have my coffee. I took one pill before fasting.. and caffeine never affects me in a way where it stops me from sleeping, but I couldn’t sleep when I took this pill and you know how much we especially need our naps during Ramadan, so I stopped taking the supplements after 3 days. It was giving me insomnia, no thank you. I’m giving it 5 stars because it did the job it claims to do, but I personally didn’t like it.

Im sensi to caffeine, either i need a lot for it to have any feeling, which would make me feel too much .. or too little is like nothing . Maybe i should try 2 at once so it’s like a Goat Fuel energy drink :0 My partner loves it and it helps stop the craving of getting a kombucha or coffee drink and saves a lot of monies! Nice to have it to go for them!

Look it's caffeine. I felt no difference from other brands, and for the price and ingredient there are other brands I would purchase instead.

This caffeine is best when combined with low dose instant “regular” caffeine like maybe one small red bull 250ml or light coffee as they way it’s released is more gradual throughout the day which makes you avoid a crash and you feel the caffeine pretty much the whole day but it’s a lot more subtle in feeling, you miss the initial “kick” but by adding a little regular caffeine you get it back.

I take one capsule in the morning before work or workouts, and it gives me a smooth energy boost without the crash or jitters I used to get with coffee. It’s great for focus too — I feel more productive and alert, especially on busy days. Really impressed with the quality and consistency. Will definitely repurchase!
