Gaia is a favorite brand because of the quality of their ingredients and reliability. I’ve been using their astragalus/adaptogen combination for years. Tried going without it for a couple of months once—never again. I’m sure it has contributed to the fact that I’ve had only 2 colds, no flu, no COVID, no… in the past 6 years. Glad iHerb is now carrying the larger size.
