Every other pancake mix I've tried has given me a spike in blood sugar, but not this one. It does contain wheat (gluten) but I didn't get a reaction to that, either. I love that it's organic and non-GMO certified. Of course it's not as "delicious" as some of the other pancake mixes, but it's tasty enough. I'll continue buying this whenever it goes on sale.
Arrowhead Mills Organic Buckwheat Pancake & Waffle Mix is a fantastic choice for a hearty, wholesome breakfast! The buckwheat adds a rich, slightly nutty flavor, making the pancakes or waffles both filling and delicious. I love that it's made with organic ingredients, and it cooks up perfectly every time, offering a great gluten-free option for my morning routine!
If you like a heavier style pancake, then this is a good choice. The flavour is neutral and the texture smooth. It is a bit grainier than others, but this is typical for buckwheat flour. I recommend mixing this with another pancake mix or adding additional ingredients to balance it out for lighter pancakes. I also like that there isn’t too much salt or sugar added.

If you want diversified in your food buckwheat a good resource of many minerals and no gluten the taste great and so light on stomach clean ingredients
I enjoy the organic buckwheat pancakes, good ingredients no added sugar, the color is dark, and they are a bit dense compared to the normal pancake mix from a box. I like the taste of these as well and the price is good. Price is good for what you get.
The quality of the ingredients used are one of the reasons why I chose to try this pancake mix! The packaging and size is good for it’s price. I also like the taste of it, though my toddler doesn't eat much, still it’s one of the best.
