Love this product. Tastes clean for fish oil. I like that it has d3 and k. I give a teaspoon to my kids and know that it covers the omega 3 as well as the d and k. They don't love it, but at least they don't want to vomit it or actually vomit it like some other brands...

I'm so glad I discovered this. Carlson combines omega-3 with vitamin D and K in one liquid — saves me from taking multiple pills. The lemon flavor is pleasant, no fishy aftertaste at all. Good quality and package so benefit the omega it’s necessary
I had high hopes for Carlson Omega-3 Plus D & K (Natural Lemon, 1430mg), especially because of the added vitamins and the more affordable price point. Unfortunately, this product didn’t work for me. The fishy taste is very strong, to the point where it made me gag every time I tried to take it. Despite the lemon flavor, it doesn't mask the aftertaste well at all. I also later realized that this supplement is in the ethyl ester form, which is not as well absorbed by the body compared to the triglyceride form used by other brands like Nordic Naturals. I had switched to Carlson to save a bit of money, but in the end, it wasn’t worth it. I’ve since gone back to Nordic Naturals—better absorption, cleaner taste, and a product I can actually stick with daily.
