The quality of this SAM-e is very good. Swanson seems to be a pretty good brand. I use this for joint health and liver health. If it promotes a better mood then that is just another plus. I can tell it is working good and the ingredients are on par.
I do all my shopping here, but I still say that there should be an extra discount for those who shop more than them. I hope you read this comment.
I have been taking this for a few months and feel it is sort of working on my mood after taking a week or so. But it's not so dramatic and the mood improvement could easily be due to a sunny weather. I might try to fade out of it in a few month time since it is too pricy to continue forever. In terms of gastric distress as some reviewers mentioned, I haven't had any problem taken on an empty stomach even if I have a sensitive stomach.
