I bought this to raise my hemoglobin levels (my doc wanted me at least at an 11….. and in about 14 days, I went from an 8.2 level to 11.2 (I’ll update in another week when I retest) - my personal goal is to get to 13.7 or higher. The dosage from my doc was 4 capsules with water, 3 times a day. I did drink pure vitamin C with it to increase absorption. The brand of Vitamin C paired with this is pure from acerola cherries (not ascorbic acid)… Tranont brand: Fortify. I took these Iron supplements without food (ate an hour after), and had ZERO tummy discomfort. I purchased 6 or 7 bottles total, and thankfully I won’t need to go past 2 bottles. Amazing results with this brand. My blood levels are all back to normal. I’m very happy and so is my doc! I highly recommend these for anyone looking to raise their levels quickly - of course do it under your trusted doctor’s supervision.

I’m very impressed with these iron supplements. I think the dose is perfect, some other brands dose is much too high for me. I’m semi-vegetarian, I eat seafood but no meat, as a result my curly hair turned partially white and very dry. My iron level was 22. I take one a day and seen a significant improvement in my energy levels, darkening hair and healthier texture. Also, it doesn’t affect regularity. Thank you for reading ❤️
Helped improve my energy levels after using it for a while. I noticed less fatigue, especially during busy days. Best taken with food to avoid stomach discomfort. Works well if you actually need iron.

I enjoyed the quality of this iron, the size is good in a tiny package, and the composition is good, for iron deficiency. I don't take it too often as it is not recommended to have to much iron in our sistem. But sometimes it helps giving a nice kick in the energy level.
I purchased this form of iron as the research I did said it was well absorbed' My health practiotioner said I should take it twicea week as I am only mildly deficient in it.THe capsules are small and easy to swallow and the quality is excellent. The additional ingredients are rice flour and bran which are not uncommon so know what they are.
the ingredient is simply iron. I used it for a while to help with my leak of iron and my immunity. The quality was good enough to give me that boost that I needed it, size was suitable, make sure to eat for more minerals and take vitamin C with it too, packaging was great and safety opening, it benefit my immunity a lot, but is not a supplement that I will always take, I will get back to it when my health need it again
I like that the capsules have simple, recognizable ingredients. Most iron pills have binders or capsules that have a long list of strange sounding ingredients, but this one doesn't! I also wondered if it would bother my stomach, but it doesn't. My iron levels are good now with taking this supplement regularly. I always re-order this.
