I started taking these women’s vitamins because they were vegetarian. I like that I only have to take one a day and the vitamin B was from methylcobalmin and NOT cyanocobalmin. Overall good, but am just not feeling the overall energy or immune boost. Good value.

Quality is good. Only one pill a day. Supplements added for older women support that you won’t find in centrum or one a day vitamin brands.

Good multivitamin for women over 50 since it has additional herbs that help with hot flashes. I feel they are effective. Minus one star because they are not affordable as it used to be. Maybe I should start taking it every other day but I’m not sure how effective can be when the daily dose is 1 a day.
