Bought for my daughter who was coughing a lot. She didn't mind the taste... I am not sure how effective it was as it's hard to tell with these things how much they contributed to healing (as we were also giving oregano oil), but I would buy it again instead of a medicated cough mixture.

This stuff WORKS! Wild cherry bark is the big daddy of taking down coughs and marshmallow is so incredibly soothing. Anytime my kid has a cough I use this and it's effective every time! The taste isn't too bad (although my kid is used to eating raw garlic). The value you get for the price is outstanding. The size of the package is also perfect because it last a very long while. Especially since I paired it with the PM! I will absolutely be repurchasing.

Was looking for herbs with lung benefits for my family post chesty, persistent coughs. This has been really effective. I like the blend of herbs and the inclusion of local honey. Tastes very bitter at end which is fine for me but the kids are not huge fans of the taste.
