Great C in plain crystals, dissolves in any drink, adds pleasant acidic taste like lemon does. NOTE this is the acid, so I take this one only once or twice a day. If for therapy I need more during the day I take Magnesium Ascorbate and Potassium Ascorbate which are buffered. I mix it with other powder supplements like extra vit C as Magnesium ascorbate, lysine and proline, glycine, taurine, herbal powders like camu camu, triphala, wheatgrass, organic lemon and orange peel powder, moringa, collagen powder, and a few more, in a good tasting base like sunwarrior pina colada beauty greens, add some frizzy C like sugar free EnerC , and I end up with a tasty green drink almost like a smoothie:)

A lot of C vitamin. Due to crystal form it is easy to dose throughout the day. The C vitamin is pure, and goes well with other supplements. Tastes well.

Nice amount for the price, allows free dosing. Should last a while. Taste is normal. Good to take it multiple times a day in small amounts.

The NOW Foods Supplements, Vitamin C Crystals makes it easy to take my vitamins. I just add it to my smoothie in the morning and I don't even taste it. I like that this is a powder and is easy to take. I was having a hard time taking capsules for Vitamin C because it seemed like they were so big I kept getting them caught in my throat. This little bottle literally lasts forever. Since the dosage is so high, I can split it in half or even fourths and still get a TON of Vitamin C. I love taking this periodically when I feel a little cold coming, or during travel. It is tart without being too sour. The ingredient list is really clean too.

I add 1000 mg as an ingredient in my morning drink for immunity and antioxidant effects. It tastes good, as ascorbic acid should. Powder is the cheapest and most efficient way to take it, with whatever potency you decide. it's packaged well and simply in a tub. My stomach handles it well,

I feel like dissolving crystals of ascorbic acid is a more efficient absorption . I even use it in some spray for my skincare at night. I take it on water or any other liquid. Sometimes I even put a little on food and it’s like adding some lime. Just don’t take more than a spoon, or you can experience diarrhoea bc the dose has been increase. Even if you do, it’s not a bad feeling, but consult your dr. if so.
