I took this product 30 minutes before the run (14km). My performance was TOP. The only downside is that it has an ingredient that made my hands a little itchy when I first used it (not the case for subsequent times because I ate just before using the product). I recommend

The Lemon Ice flavor is bright and not too sweet, refreshing during sessions. I appreciate the essential amino acid profile for recovery, though I don’t rely on it for a miracle boost. Hydration stays steady, and I feel less muscle soreness after workouts. The container is sturdy and easy to reseal, and a little goes a long way. Fuel.

This product is a good mix of aminos and is very efficient as a pre workout. taste isn't great. Still without artificial sweetener which makes it worth buying
This definitely gives me a boost and mental focus , however, am not sure if this would be better for someone who lifts plenty of weights. I alternate between the normal AminoLean and this Max version.
I prefer the other amino lean flavors but the max gives a really nice mental boost
