The intensity of the training is better in terms of concentration, strength and pump in the muscles. I take a scoop on an empty stomach and it doesn't make me feel any side effects. The dosage could be better but it is still totally worth the price. Remember not to take it too frequently to avoid getting used to it and it losing effectiveness. Maybe take it 3 times a week.
The strawberry mango is really bad. Go for the razz lime instead

It tastes good, is easy to mix and does not cause stomach upset. It may be a bit strong for those sensitive to caffeine, but overall a very good choice for the price. I recommend it.
Extremely strong, I took half a scoop and it gave me a crazy boost, try a quarter scoop first and increase slowly, don't take on an empty stomach, it generally gives a boost, can cause headaches if taken on an empty stomach or really early
