For some reasons, this Vitex in powder ingredients form doesn't give the same benefits as the liquid capsules one from another brand. Nonetheless, still better value for money. Capsules size is easy to swallow, dosage of one capsule per day (liquid one recommends two capsules a day).

This is a great standardized formula of Vitex, the best in my opinion on Iherb, but it does increase your appetite. So, watch out for that. It's best taken in the morning when prolactin is at it's peak. Good product for hormonal support.
