Olive Leaf Extract, 500 mg, 60 Veg Capsules

I have been using Now brand Olive leaf extract for about 8 years. Almost every single day. It works great! It is one of the most important things that I take daily for the relief of my chronic skin condition called psoriasis. I was only taking 2 caps per day for a long time, still seeing and feeling good results like less itchiness, less redness, more smoothness, but still not perfect. So I increased the Olive leaf extract to 4 capsules daily, 2 am, 2 pm, and also doubled up on my other all natural remedies. The combination was amazing. It is important to listen to your body, and if you have any strange reactions to anything, to slow down or stop, until you figure it out. I think the anti-bacterial, and anti-viral properties are what works for me with this product. I also take it because it takes some of my arthritis pain away. Also really wonderful as a boost to help the immune system fight off invaders like a cold or a flu, I have found.

I could tell right away after a few days this was working on my candida problem. I also really like it because it seems more gentle and safer than herbs like oregano. (I had a bad reaction with the oregano, its just too strong for a sensitive person). Also, I was looking for something that is safe if I were to get pregnant and this seems to be a safe one for that. One suggestion: I noticed that even though this was significantly helping me feel good it made me a little nauseous and the nausea increased the longer I took it. I read that this could be a side effect from Olive Leaf Extract. I was very disappointed because it was helping me so much but, I tried pouring the powder from the capsule in a little water. That did the trick! No nausea without the capsule! It is a very strong, unpleasant taste just to warn you but, totally worth it!

I bought this for my antimicrobial protocol for sibo and pseudomonas, I used it in conjunction with other antimicrobials and I found this one to be gentle but seemed effective, no side effects from it which is great. The pills are average sized but I had no issues with swallowing them, slight herbal taste and smell I guess but by no means terrible. Very straight forward OLE, good quality, recommend
