Umami Blends, Sweet & Smoky, 2.82 oz (80 g)

This one of many items that I got from iherb and simply organic brand. I can say that this umami composition was one of all that was finished, but I’m not sure that I understand the flavor, it’s have the light mushroom taste, little sweetness and I think it’s do more reveal the taste of the dish, and doesn’t goes simply. Quality high, but I finished it really fast.

I think the blends from the Umami series are very good! this one is especially good to put on vegetables, to get things more interesting It has a sweet smell but it doesn't taste like sugar, but more maple-like I would recommend to buy the original flavor from their series too, as I found myself not combining this spices together but giving each one it's own place, feeling they match different food type (the other one great for raman for example)

Since I bought this one I m so obsessed I add it everywhere!! So good and it change every dish vegetable and meat in a miracle!!

Has a very nice flavour to it and can pair with pretty much anything. I used it on meat, noodles and potatoes. I recommend it and will be purchasing it again and am interested in trying the other flavours.
