Quality is very good. You should use it before training or at badtime. You will see the results after 2 weeks of taking. Arginine - promotes the production and secretion of growth hormone, an increase in muscle mass and the fight against body fat. Additional intake of L-Arginine accelerates wound healing, lowers cholesterol levels. Ornithine - good for the liver and immune system
Classic product to take before bed for HGH and in the morning for a pump and healthy blood flow. Should take 4-6 capsules at a time for the real benefits and is good to take for a lot least 2-3 months at a time before cycling off. I prefer this product over Citrulline.
I bought this to make me fall alseep after taking the EVOO and grapefuit mixture, but it didn't make me sleepy. However, I believe that Arginine and Ornithine has other uses, such as Amino Acids, hence can help in gut health and gut responses, so I'll continue to take them on the night of the Liver Flush, to aid my body, as my gut biodome is very wrecked, and needs all the help it can get....
Accessible alertness, while maintaining calmness. Pushing my limit like there’s none. And who doesn’t want to sleep like hibernating Polar Bear. Nonbasic pure elevator.
I've been taking this arginine and ornithine combo before workouts, and my pumps and recovery are noticeably better. The veggie caps are easy to swallow, and I trust NOW Foods for their quality. I've noticed improved blood flow and stamina since starting it. It's a simple, effective supplement for my fitness routine.
It was a very good product and I received it quickly. Thank you to the iherb team.
Good supplement and the price is decent for how many capsules you get. I mainly used it around workouts and it felt like it helped a bit with endurance and recovery. After using it for a couple weeks, I noticed my workouts felt a little easier and less exhausting. No weird side effects for me and it’s easy to take.
I love this supplement and I take it daily since I see the benefits of it on my muscle and energy recovery after intense training. The size and taste is okay. My diet is focused on sufficient protein intake so I see this supplement as a nice addition to it.
