It’s very good quality ingredient fish oil. Never have the fishy burps. I do seem to have good results with Omega. Meaning anti inflammatory and cognitive. I have ordered the product about 6 times now. Just this last time they are Stu k together and I have to pull them apart. Never a problem until now. Good product overall.
The best ones should have more DHA than EPA and it's hard to find one that does. I found this one to be an excellent product.

Really easy to digest with no aftertaste and took during pregnancy. Will continue taking postnatally and afterwards as felt a significant difference when compared to lower quality brands. I have been taking the Wiley’s for many years. I find it to have clean ingredients and a trusty worthy source of fish omegas and dha for myself and my growing babies. The quality is good, i like the glass bottle packaging. Ordering from iHerb is convenient and I appreciate the subscription discount, the fact I don’t need to worry about re ordering takes something off my plate. They are tasteless, unless you get heartburn after taking them, then watch out.
