To determine the iron product, I study its composition to understand which of the three forms of iron—divalent, trivalent, or chelated—the product belongs to. Since it contains iron bisglycinate, it is probably the chelated form, which is the most optimal of the three. I don't quite understand the presence of ions, but probably the patented Ferrochel ion complex also adds an ionic variant to the composition, which is even better. It does not cause stomach irritation, is odorless, and comes in powder-filled capsules. Previously, I purchased the product and it had a strong odor when I opened the jar. In any case, I give it 5 out of 5 points. And please remember that iron should not be taken on an empty stomach, even if it is a formula that protects your intestines. Take it according to the instructions. And here the warning is stated right away, in the first line.
