This has a great mix of ingredients and dosage amount for the supplement and the benefits it provides. I love that there are no fillers or artificial ingredients and that it is Made in the USA. I have had these pills for more than half a year. I have tried them multiple times. Every time I take one pill, the next day I experience panic attacks, aggression, and trembling hands, which I don't have at all on a regular basis. Please consult with your doctor before buying things like this.

Very Effective! 3 tablets is enough for me. It acts fast, maybe around and hour and you can feel the drowsiness. ingredients are clean, very high quality product but affordable!
These are the perfect bedtime routine addition! Takes the place of taking magnesium and melatonin. It’s all in one. And there’s collagen! Can’t forget that one. This is a super supplement! This is amazing! Helped me with deep sleep but too many pills to swallow a day 6!!!! And quite large for the amount to consume so wont be repurchasing! If you dont mind the pill size it would be fine
