Timed-Release C-500, 250 Tablets

I had consumed Swanson Vitamin C before in a different format, this time I choosed this one because it states that it is timed-release which is better. I like that the dose is 500 mg instead of the habitual 1000 mg, I prefer lower doses since too much vitamin C becomes pro-oxidant, I would even prefer a 250 mg doses. So far I didn't have any stomach issues o adverse effect. The tablets have a decent size and the cost of the product is reasonable. I'll update the review if changes arise.

Thaís Vitamin C is perfect for some reasons: 1. The Vitamin C is adsorbed to a fibre matrix allowing it to be timely released; 2. It isn’t so concentrated, perfect for those who already eat some fruit and vegetables but want to supplement in occasions of more stress and decreased immunity; 3. Swanson is an excellent brand and very affordable.

Swanson is a middle road brand, but it meets the quality control checks and is recognized as a dependable, budget-friendly vitamin supplement company. It is one of the few companies that makes 500 mg in Time-Release vitamin C instead of 1000 mg. A lower dosage is suitable for me. Great product.

This is a great immunity booster . like that it is a time release version. prefer it over capsule as the gel encapsulation turns yellowish after sometime .acidity is acceptable. hopefully the antioxidant effect is more impactful with a time release version

I take it every day, since I've learned it is way more beneficial for the overall health to use this form of vitamin C, I'm very happy with it

Best Product does the job. Fills all my requirements. since taking this supplement my issues have all disappeared. I can highly recommend using this brand of Vitamin C with slow release is great . Easy to dose. Easy to take. what more could you ask for.

Easy to swallow and they release the vitamin C slowly over time. Pills that are not time released have 50% of the Vitamin washed out in the urine.

I really like Swanson brand products and supplements. I take this as an immune aid at 3 meals a day and I've noticed an improvement. I would recommend it and try it again.
