I have been taking rose hip 500mg for over a year and have found that it very much helps my sciatica. I'm no longer scared to bend down to tie my shoes for fear of twisting the wrong way and ending up in pain for days. I'm fairly new to iHerb and this brand but so far so good.

I take it to help with capillary fragility as I tend to burst blood vessels from time to time. Rosehip helps me to overcome my tendency. The capsule form is convenient too.
