I take this everyday and have noticed an improvement in my skin. It is high in vitamin C which is good for your skin and your gum tissue.

It’s a very clean & good amla. I eat just one capsule, but not daily depends on me actually & I love to mix it with my green juice to get more benefits, overall I love it & haven’t got breakouts or digestive issues 10/10, I really can’t say if it will help hair loss & skin because I don’t suffer from hair loss that much & my skin is clear before I took it, so can’t tell BTW no taste or bad smell
