The quality of the ingredients is superb. A little amount of each Adaptogenic makes a good composition and the benefit is really good. Major of my concerns because of my age like fatigue, lack of energy, out of focus were addressed by this supplemement. I like it that there’s no strong taste, the package is in a sealed plastic container that is lightweight. Eversince I included this in my diet and cocktail of supplements, I can definitely see and feel the improvement and benefits. It also helps me wake up early and be motivated to start my day. It has also helped me with my Insomnia. It also makes me feel good, calm, in a good mood and it has lessened my tolerance for stress. I cAn now fall asleep faster and it has also improved the quality of my sleep too. Dont take it straight for too long because the body gets used to it and you wont feel the benefit so, what I do is I skip taking it so, my body doesnt get used to the effects. One of the best supplements I have ever taken. I highly recommend it. The size is small amd the dosage is ok.
