I am taking this as part of my self made heavy metals detox programme. I absolutely love it, I cannot measure how much I am detoxing, but I feel better than before so it must be working. It is easy to take, dosage is 1 capsule a day, good size and easy to swallow. I take it without food in between meals as I believe it will abaorve better that way. Will keep buying as taking it as it seems to bw qorking perfectly for my health.

cilantro is good for detox. the packaging is good. the size of the capsule is just right. I don't mind the taste. I expect a benefit after some time. ingredients and dosage are good for this supplement. Swanson is quality brand. I like the size of the product as well as the number of capsules...
