this supplement is great for overall good health and daily antioxidant support. i bought it mainly to fight chronic inflammation in my body and improve my cognitive health . it doesn't have any taste or aftertaste. great mix of 2 super ingredients ginger and turmeric. good quality supplement. minimal yet great looking packaging.
