I found stinging nettle herb excellent for my arthritis. My knees have improved greatly. I take two in morning and one in the evening. I manage going up and down stairs much more easily since I have been taking them.
I like this nettle leaf! I’ve tried various brands and this price point and the quality and ingredients of this one seem good. A good source of calcium as a supplement and I enjoy the benefits it provides. The amount in the bottle lasts me two months which is great for the price. I’ll order this brand again once I run out. l've seen real improvements with continued use has a good ingredient, good size, and good quality no taste.
I had been taking a much more expensive brand of stinging nettle that was organic, but it has been out of stock for months. As I experience many health benefits from stinging nettle, I decided to replenish my supply with a different brand. While Swanson is not organic, it seems to work as well, and it definitely is a more economical purchase.
