I have often used this in winter for immune health and respiratory health. This supplement is full spectrum and does not contain magnesium sterate. It is full of antioxidants and has been use in cooking in India, Middle East and North Africa for years. According to the internet it may be anti inflammatory. The brand "Swanson" is really starting to impress me for the quality and cost vs other brands and it has been around since 1969.
