My granddad used this for years. It really improved his macular degeneration to the extent that he needed eye shots every 2 months and with this, he needed once a year. Even his doctor was super impressed, but he was very constant and the effects started showing from about 6 months on
Apparently some studies say that safron extract can be as effective as ritalin for ADD and focus problems. I dont know about that, but for me it is clear that it has very obvious benefits in terms of ability to focus and lowering brain fog. The longer you take it, the better the effect seems to be. Recommended.
This appears to be a well tested quality saffron supplement and it has helped me with relaxing to go to sleep. I take a double dosage to max out at 30mg. The pills have a small size so it’s really easy to swallow. The biggest benefit really is for sleep.
Saffron may help reduce the risk of conditions that affect the brain, such as depression, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's. In a meta-study, saffron showed signifant decrease in depression! (but check doses, 15mg might be too small) Nice small pills and only saffron in them-no added chemicals except the typical additives.
