P5P is the highly bioavailable active form of b6, b6 being a phenomenal immune system & nervous system supporter, which is why i chose this form, no conversion process via my liver which gives my system a break ig & it also comes in the perfect low dose, which can alleviate any worries regarding vitamin B6 toxicity…You should never take high doses of B6 for this reason! Swanson brand est très bien because they’re a lot less expensive than other more commercialized name brands & work just as well imo!
