currently taking 2 capsules a day to reduce inflammation for my psoriasis, since there have been some studies of chaga helping to work for people with psoriasis. it's only been 3 days of it so far, but some of my scalier spots have seemed to calm down! will continue taking to see how much this mushroom can alleviate my condition.

Chaga mushroom is something I recently started incorporating into my daily routine.
